You can choose the room according to your needs. Most of the rooms attached high standard shower and toilet. The Fees are different depend on which room you stay.

Kitchen & Dining Room
The building was just completed in August 2012. The dining rooms are spacious and there are three different type of eating space;
○traditional ashram style; sitting and eating on the floor
○Japanese style; eating on lower table
○western style; sitting on chair.
In the winter time, we use the traditional wood stove to heat the room that makes the room really warm and cosy.
This traditional home-made bamboo house is where you take the steam bath.
Here is the place where we are welcoming you at first. Have a cup of tea with beautiful view of mountains.
Please remember SBHFLR is a place of Yoga retreat centre/Yoga ashram, it is not a hotel. If you stay with us, it will be expected to follow the code of discipline and daily programme of the ashram.
Please prepare visitors have very limited email / internet access here and mobile signal is not available all the time. You should come aware of, and possibly thankful for, the isolated nature of the ashram.
We only accept person who abide the code of discipline and who send the registration form prior to arrival. When you decide to stay with us please contact us by email and will send the registration form to you.

The weather is mild around the centre all through the year. The half sleeve T-shirts from March to August, the long sleeve T-shirts from September to February is sufficient during the day time. In the winter season (November to February) can be very cold especially in the morning and in the evening. We don't have any heating system in the room, so please well prepare to keep you warm.
LInen: We provide a duvet, (blanket on request in winter) , pillow, duvet cover, pillow cover, sheet,
large towel (channge every week).
Attire: Please wear non-revealing clothing for yoga practice such as loose full or half length trousers and comfortable half or long sleeve shirts and tunics. Simple and casual clothing that is easy to wash is best at all time.
We sell our SBHFLR yoga shirt and trouser. It's made by pure cotton. Men's and ladie's have slightly different style and size are avaialble Small/Medium/Large. Price: shrit Rs 1800 & trouser Rs1700. If you would like to purchase please obtain when you arrive.
Our garden and our food
We are living in eco-friendly life and we grow various types of Himalayan herbs and plants in our garden that are used for healing purpose. Most of vegetables come from our own organic garden and rest of the vegetables and fruits are obtained from the local farmers. We serve freshly prepared home made Lacto-vegetarian meals based on traditional sattvic diet.
If you have dietary restriction please let us know in advance then we try to cater as much as possible.
